What a great place to visit. I had a great class and met some very wonderful people.
I mentioned one day to a student that I would love to be able to go visit a taco truck. She wasn't too keen on suggesting where I could go to find one, but she mentioned my request to another student who then promptly invited me to join him and several other students on an adventure to the taco shack. They had already visited twice that week.
He was worried I would not like it and worried even more that I might get ill. Farther from the truth as I loved the food, tasted unknown meat, and ate some prickly pear cactus on my taco along with a drink I have not had in 25 years, a Fresca. I did not get ill at all.
