

This wine tasting party happened as a result of being the winning bidder
at the 3rd annual Bark & Boogie Ball
event. This donation was generously
donated by Cheryl Zander and Bob Denham along with Jax Fine Wine and
Spirits. The theme of our tasting were wines from New Zealand. I made
lollipop lamb chops and had some great cheeses and crackers to nibble
on. For dessert I made homemade dark chocolate berry marshmallows.
Chip
and Crystal had never seen tortillas made before but did a fine job.
Crystal just loved the margaritas.
Yvette
helped James with the refried beans. There's nothing like homemade
tortillas, margaritas, refried beans, and slow cooked pork to whet an
appetite and get friends over to help make it all.
